Comic Therapy (2020 - ongoing)

comic strips, black & white on toned paper

Bite-sized comics about snippets of my life, thoughts and/or dog.

I started drawing these in March 2020 as part of the One-Week Cartooning Workout by the Center for Computer Studies. By the second strip, I found it so therapeutic that I decided to continue until I finished up the pages in the notebook I was drawing them in.

Drawn traditionally with various tools (mostly fine liners and colerase pencils). Edited digitally via Affinity Photo and Clipstudio Paint.

Island Fisherman Magazine comics (2019-ongoing)

gag comics, full colored

Comic collaborations with Island Fisherman Magazine. I designed the main character (IFM guy) and handled the art for these gag-style comic strips aimed towards people with a fishy sense of humor.

Sketched and cleaned up in Clipstudio Paint, converted to vector, and then colored in Affinity Designer.
